we know there are times when insurance may not cover a needed service—or when you’d prefer not to pay the full cost upfront. That’s why we work with CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and Cherry, offering flexible monthly payments over time.
CareCredit
CareCredit can help cover out-of-pocket healthcare expenses that aren’t covered by insurance and is accepted by thousands of providers nationwide.
CareCredit may offer promotional financing for 6, 12, 18, or 24 months on qualifying purchases of $200 or more when minimum monthly payments are made and the balance is paid in full by the end of the promotional term. If the full balance isn’t paid by that time, interest may apply from the original purchase date.
Longer-term financing may also be available with fixed monthly payments and a reduced APR, with terms such as 24, 36, 48, or 60 months (subject to approval and program requirements).
