Enrollment is done in person only so we can walk you through the plan, answer your questions, and make sure everything is clear before you join.
What if I already have an appointment scheduled?
Great—just let our front desk know you’re interested in the membership plan when you arrive for your visit.
Can I use this plan with my insurance?
This membership is an alternative to dental insurance. It can’t be combined with insurance for the same services.
When do my benefits begin?
Your benefits start right away once you enroll. If you receive treatment during your first visit, your member discounts will apply.
How long is my membership valid for?
Your membership is valid for one full calendar year from the contract start date.
